RESIST Grants - Rolling deadlines.  Nationwide, for social justice organizations with budgets under $150,000.

Awesome Foundation - Rolling, monthly deadlines.  $1,000 grants for awesome projects that "surprise and delight" by organizations or individuals. 

Seattle Foundation Neighbor to Neighbor Small Grants Program - Quarterly deadlines. This program prioritizes low-income and underrepresented and/or underserved communities, particularly communities of color, with a special focus on South Seattle, White Center, and Kent. Community may be defined geographically or by characteristics such as culture, ethnicity or gender identity. Grantees typically have a budget of $100,000 or less.
