Environmental Justice Giving Project Info Session
RSVP here to let us know you're attending.
Last year, the members of the first-ever Environmental Justice Giving Project defined environmental justice as a community-based movement for equitable access to a clean and healthy environment and sustainability (including racial and economic justice), and funded 7 amazing organizations that do just that. We will learn about this critical work, which often disappears in the gap between environmental and social justice movements, and increase our own understanding of environmental justice.
The 2011 Environmental Justice Giving Project raised $72,500 and made seven grants. Read more about the 2011 Environmental Justice Giving Project Grantees.
